AZTAN Law Firm Signs Cooperation Agreement with Morocco Law Firm – A New Expansion for AZTAN’s International Legal Practice

AZTAN Law Firm is pleased to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement with M/s Mossadek & Partners Law Firm, based in Casablanca, Morocco. The agreement was officially signed by Professor Tarik Mossadek.

This partnership marks a significant step in formalizing the longstanding relationship between the two firms and enhancing the legal services offered to AZTAN’s clients. A key objective of the agreement is to promote international arbitration as an effective means of dispute resolution for African companies and individuals, particularly within the investment sector.

Through this collaboration, both firms are dedicated to strengthening cross-border legal support, facilitating more efficient dispute resolution processes, and contributing to the development of the African legal and investment landscape.
