In response to the calls of our local and regional clients
who set up or at the stage of setting up business in Dubai, AZTAN established
its UAE branch under the name “Aztan Legal Consultancy RAK”. Aztan signed, in
January 2014, a joint-venture agreement with M/s. Al-Gharib & Associates.
Based on this joint-venture, AZTAN stationed three professional lawyers in
the offices of Al-Gharib & Associates looking after the interests of
AZTAN’s clients in the United Arab Emirates in particular and in the GCC in
general. The past period since January, 2014 proved striking success of this
joint-venture
